The University of California, through its respective campuses and facility offices, is seeking consultants to perform such services for projects located in various counties throughout the State of California. Architectural, landscape architectural, engineering, environmental, and land surveying services include those professional services of an architectural, landscape architectural, engineering, environmental, and land surveying nature as well as incidental services that members of these professions and their employees may logically or justifiably perform. Architectural, landscape architectural, and engineering services include, but are not limited to, the following: project programming, scoping, preliminary design, design development, preparation of construction documents (including drawings and specifications), studies, civil and building surveys (including GPS and laser), subsurface investigations, construction phase contract administration, building information modeling, design review, and peer review.
