The project will be constructing a new inpatient acute psychiatric facility that will provide behavioral health services to the adolescent (12-17 yrs of age) of the San Francisco Community. The facility will have a series of 12 patient rooms, 6 bathrooms, two activity areas, a group therapy room, dining area along with a number of additional patient and staff support spaces. The work is located at the Zuckerburg San Francisco General Hospital at 1001 Potrero Ave, San Francisco, CA 94112 within Ward 7A and select areas of Ward 7E and 7F. Work will include construction of walls, ceilings and finishes for a new Inpatient Adolescent Behavioral Health Services facility with administrative and technological support spaces. Additional work to accommodate new MEP system tie-ins to existing infrastructure will include sections of ceiling in Ward 6A below. The entire project will be under California Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) jurisdiction.
