All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Seeking experienced youth sports instructors to coach and instruct two - four (2 - 4) volleyball youth sports teams per season (Fall 2023 & Spring 2024). • Primary sport of instruction will be volleyball but may include other sports. • Sports seasons include Fall/Winter 2023 (September - December 2023), and Spring 2024 (March - June 2024). • Instructors must be available for weekly team practices, games and tournaments which include Monday - Friday (4:30 pm - 9:00 pm) as well as Saturdays (8:30 am - 3:30 pm). • The age of Instruction will be grades 2nd - 8th grade. • Instructors will be required to recruit players and instruct offensive/defensive fundamentals in a team setting. • Assistance with score keeping, scorebook, game management, team jersey distribution, set up, break down, and storing of sports equipment is required. • Multiple vendors may be selected as a result of this process.
