INTRODUCTION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02 was published in the Federal Register January 22, 2024. This acquisition is considered a small business set aside.
DESCRIPTION
The US Geological Survey, Volcano Science Center in Vancouver, requires Xetawave Brand 900Mhz, Dual 90 Mhz, and 2.4 GHz ethernet radios with rail mount accessories as described in the attached specifications (FOB Destination) shipping to:

RELEVENT INFORMATION
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 517410 Satellite Telecommunications, and associated size standard $44,000,000.00 applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code 7G22 IT and Telecom-Network: Satellite and RF Communication.
All questions must be sent directly to rlujan@usgs.gov by 02/20/2024 1200 hrs central time. Quotes shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at rlujan@usgs.gov. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 02/23/2024 at 0800 hrs central time. Proposals submitted by hardcopy or any web portal shall not be accepted or considered.
Offerors are to include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation as seen in the Salient Characteristics (see Attachment). This may include product literature, references, or other documents, if necessary, and is to include the country of manufacture.
