Specifications include, but are not limited to:Contractor agrees to provide the Franchise Tax Board (FTB) all labor, materials, and the limited replacement of equipment necessary to perform maintenance and repair service as needed to keep the Access Control System (which includes SoftwareHouse C-Cure 800, PassagePoint, and all associated equipments and hardware) and the Closed Circuit Television System (which includes the Milestone XProtect Corporate Video Management System and all associated servers, cameras, hardware and equipment) operating at its optimum performance level. Also included in this agreement is the maintenance and repair service, as needed, for the Intrusion Detection Burglar Alarm systems located at three (3) FTB California District Offices located in Sacramento, Oakland, and San Jose. Contractor and Contractors Technicians must be certified for SoftwareHouse (C*Cure 800 System Technical Training Course) and Milestone (XProtect Corporate Edition) for all repairs performed on each system. Certificates must be provided to FTB for each technician that will provide services on these systems, no exceptions . All systems carry current software service agreements and upgrade programs. Between 275-300 hours of service and support will be needed per contract year.
