Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) is requesting information (RFI) from vendors that offer an Emergency Services Workforce Management (Staffing) / Time and Attendance application (WM-TM). Responses to this RFI will be used by the OCFA to review available solutions that could replace the current WM-TM systems in use by the OCFA. OCFA intends to then utilize this information to develop specifications and subsequently issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) using criteria including but not limited to functionality, technical currency, customer base of the WM-TM application, solution type (IE commercial off the shelf, full custom, COTS/custom hybrid), available integrations with public agency Finance/HR ERP systems, and cost. It is OCFA’s intent to concurrently determine replacement software solutions for both its WM-TM and Finance/HR ERP applications. The procurement process for the Finance/HR ERP will be a separate solicitation and is not part of this RFI, although including information pertaining to WM-TM and Finance/HR ERP interface solutions is desired.
