The selected consultant will be responsible for performing the following tasks: 1. Assess Existing Housing Capacity Identify and evaluate the current housing inventory that supports the needs of the installation workforce. 2. Conduct a Housing Gap Analysis Analyze housing supply and demand to estimate current and future housing needs for the installation workforce. 3. Engage Stakeholders and Community Conduct interviews with installation stakeholders and perform public outreach to assess both current and projected housing needs for the installation. 4. Identify Potential Development Sites Recommend specific locations within the City where workforce housing development could be incentivized to meet identified needs. 5. Prepare a Comprehensive Study Report Develop a detailed workforce housing study report that includes research findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations. The report should focus on ensuring sufficient housing to support the installation workforce while preventing encroachment on military operations.
