Specifications include, but are not limited to: LAWA is committed to providing a top-tier customer service experience and premier operational environment at LAX and will deploy technology platforms and systems needed to support that commitment. Increasingly, wireless connectivity is a critical factor in meeting these objectives. LAWA is issuing this RFP for the innovative design, deployment, optimization, monitoring, and maintenance and administration of a LAWA-owned unified wireless system that merges Wi-Fi and private wireless. The successful Proposer(s) will be considered a Managed Service Provider(s) (MSP) and be offered up to a seven-year contract to operate and maintain the new LAWA wireless system. LAWA is interested in innovative managed services models that provide an efficient and secure environment for all stakeholders involved.
