Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: 1. Remove existing flooring, base and any other loose underlayment and replace with new LVT, new base and floor transitions as shown in attached drawings. a. Contractor to provide all materials as specified, to complete the project. b. For bidding purposes, only one dining room and any adjacent hallway space can be down at a time. 2. Remove existing flooring, base and any other loose underlayment in six double occupancy resident rooms, not shown on the attached drawings, and replace with new LVT, new base and floor transitions. Each double occupancy resident room is approximately 400 square feet. a. Contractor to provide all materials as specified, to complete the project. In the manner and time prescribed in the approved Drawings dated April 15, 2024, Project Manual, and such addenda thereto as may be issue prior to bid opening date; including furnishing all material, labor, plant, tools, equipment, and services necessary therefor and incidental thereto, complete and ready for use, except as hereinafter otherwise provided.
