The general description of work includes: all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to equip the existing Well 22 including installation of a 200 horsepower submersible well pump; approximately 190 LF of 8” and 15 LF of 4” ductile iron, buried and exposed water piping, fittings, valves, and appurtenances; approximately 190 LF of 4” PVC sewer; building improvements including mini-split HVAC equipment with two indoor units, one outdoor unit, and appurtenances, new exhaust fan; site improvements including 8’ chain-link fencing with barbed wire and approximately 1700 SF of new asphalt concrete pavement; hypochlorite and fluorosilicic acid system improvements including new chemical feed and injection piping; electrical equipment, control panel, switchboard, SCADA System and instrumentation; building improvements including a new roof, doors, and concrete floor; demolition of existing equipment; and other miscellaneous work.
