Specifications include, but are not limited to: California State University, Monterey Bay is seeking proposals to redesign our forward-facing web presence, csumb.edu, to create an efficient and effective communications tool for generating interest, recruiting, and retaining students focused on converting interest into lead generations and applications and also seeking to create a separate and optimized web space for administrative functions of the university, including employees, contractor, and vendor information, resources, and customer service interactions. Third, we seek consultation, recommendation, and implementation of a low-maintenance, decentralized, and novice user-manageable, optimized web strategy to meet alums, donors, news/media, and our five academic colleges' unique needs.
