The full social and educational potential of In Their Words cannot be realized without the creation of a website that allows for the search and dissemination of recorded stories. As a result, AETN is seeking qualified vendors to provide proof concepts demonstrating their ability to design and create a website for the Education Division's In Their Words oral history project. The foundation of the In Their Words website will be a collection of individual interviewee webpages which will include, but not limited to, a biography of the person interviewed, a map showing their war time journey, segments from their interview, and archival photographs relevant to their recorded story. The website must allow for clip level key word searches as well as overall interview level data searches. All video content and supporting metadata will be provided by AETN.
