Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Los Angeles (CITY), acting by and through the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment (DONE or DEPARTMENT), is requesting submittal of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced CONTRACTORS to provide website development, website maintenance, website training and other expert services on a pre-qualified on-call basis for the Neighborhood Councils (NCs) and the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment (DEPARTMENT). SOQs must be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth in this document. It is anticipated that a list of CONTRACTORS will be established. On certain NC or DEPARTMENT projects, the NCs and/or DEPARTMENT plans to utilize CONTRACTORS to provide website development, website maintenance and website training, sometimes on an emergency basis, during the course of a 3-year period. These services may include, but are not limited to: CONTRACTOR shall provide services in developing a website CONTRACTOR shall provide website maintenance services on an as-needed basis CONTRACTOR shall provide website training on an as-needed basis.
