Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide CDFW with armed security services, in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. Rates will include all Contractor costs including, but not limited to labor, transportation, travel, parking and all other overhead expenses. ; The Contractor must provide 24-hour armed security services at the Wildlife Waystation. The 24-hours will be split into three 8-hour shifts. Shift one will take place from 0600 – 1400, shift two from 1400 – 2200 and shift three from 2200 - 0600. The Contractor will provide one armed guard per each shift that shall be stationed at the front gate and patrol the grounds as agreed upon between the CDFW Site Operations Chief and the Contractor’s Project Director. This patrol plan shall be agreed upon and documented in an e-mail from the CDFW Site Operations Chief to the Contractor’s Project Director.
