A. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment & supplies necessary to provide potable and wastewater quality testing for CAL FIRE. B. Water samples provided by CAL FIRE will be delivered to the Contractor within twenty-four (24) hours of taking the sample. The samples shall be kept cold and tested within twenty-four (24) hours of being provided. C. Test results shall meet all existing time frames and notification per existing California Department of Public Health (CDPH) regulations. Testing methods and procedures shall be in compliance with water quality testing processes outlined in Title 22, California Code of Regulation (CCR), California Safe Drinking Water Act & Related laws and Regulations. D. The Contractor shall be responsible for reporting the analytical results to CDPH electronically using electronic data transfer and forward results to CAL FIRE location within existing required regulated notification time frames and as directed by the CAL FIRE Project Representative. E. The Contractor shall perform lab analysis at their business location and shall not subcontract out any testing services under this agreement. F. The Contractor shall be available for re-testing and replenishing of supplies withing twenty-four (24) hours of request from the CAL FIRE Project Representative as needed. Emergency testing may be required immediately based on any unforeseen plant operations. Any additional testing services, and any other related services are included in total contract amount. G. The water testing laboratory must be within a maximum one and one-half (1.5) hour one-way drive time radius of the CAL FIRE locations.
