The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide potable water and wastewater quality testing for California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection’s (CAL FIRE). These will include, but are not limited to, all sample bottles, labels, “chain of custody” paperwork, ice chests, ice packs, pick up, delivery and shipping if necessary, to the laboratory. 1) Contractor shall ship or deliver supplies to Ben Lomond Conservation Camp (BLCC) as directed by the CAL FIRE Project Representative. 2) Water samples shall be collected by CAL FIRE personnel. 3) Water samples shall be taken at Ben Lomond Conservation Camp (BLCC): 13575 Empire Grade, Santa Cruz, CA. 95060 4) Contractor shall pick up and transport water samples from BLCC to the Contractor’s laboratory. Both will transport the samples in a timely manner to allow for the appropriate holding time of the samples. 5) Camp access shall comply with the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation rules and regulations (see Exhibit F).
