The contractor agrees to provide daily as required by the State Water Resources Control Board-Permit No. 05-13-18P-002 (See Attachment 1), monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual water testing, and weekly maintenance services to the water treatment equipment (system 3610131) located at the California Department of Food and Agriculture’s (CDFA), Mountain Pass Joint Port of Entry (MPJPOE) Border Protection Station located on Interstate 15, seven (7) miles south of Primm, NV. Contractor agrees to furnish all personnel, transportation, labor, equipment, supplies, materials, permits, and licenses, and any other item of expense necessary to act as the official operator for the water system, perform monthly and quarterly water testing, maintenance of the water treatment system for CDFA, and any other work as required under Permit 05-13-18P-002 issued by the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB). The services shall be provided during normal working hours, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, excluding State holidays. Contractor shall check in with shift supervisor for each visit. Consumables and chemicals shall be billed at cost, with no mark up.
