Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish all labor, materials, tools, and other incidentals necessary to to perform bacteriological and chemical analyses(and generate reports) of water samples submitted by the San Luis Obispo Coast District of California State Parks ; The Contractor shall provide all the necessary skilled labor, skilled laboratory facilities, methods, technical knowledge, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation to perform the required water sample(s) analysis as specified by the SWRCB. The Contractor to provide samples bottles with preservatives (if applicable), labels, cooler, ice packs, zip lock bags, bottles, and/or special instructions to the State at the Contractor's own expense. All samples will be collected by a designated State Representative and placed in the containers provided by the Contractor.
