The City of San Diego (City), Public Utilities Department (PUD) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced Water Information Management System (WIMS) vendors for the procurement, implementation, configuration, and support of an integrated cloud-based WIMS solution. The system will replace the current Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) solution that has been in place for 14 years. The new system will include functionality to collect, store, analyze, and manage data related to water quality, compliance, permits, and other regulatory aspects of water management. In addition, the WIMS system will be used to manage the processes associated with the water and wastewater treatment, water transmission system, wastewater collection and transport system including pump stations. The ideal vendor will have experience implementing and supporting a WIMS system preferable within the State of California. Vendors must demonstrate they possess the organizational, functional, and technical capabilities to perform the services and meet or exceed the requirements and service levels specified herein.
