TASK 1 – BASELINE ASSESSMENT This foundational assessment is for Western Water’s in-budget residential and commercial customers and focuses on evaluating the customer’s current water usage and identifying inefficiencies. Services include: • Indoor/outdoor water efficiency assessment • Measurement of irrigated areas o Assessments should be categorized based on < 1 acre or > 1 acre • Water efficiency education to support in-budget water use • Site-specific recommendations for the customer to address inefficiencies TASK 2 – ENHANCED ASSESSMENT This mid-level assessment is for Western Water’s customers who have been billed in Tier 3 in the last 90 days and/or received a leak notification in the last 30 days. In addition to the services included in the Baseline Assessment, customers will receive additional diagnostic and repair services, including: • Leak identification • Minor repairs to address immediate water use issues • Vendor to provide itemized rate sheet for repairs categorized as “minor” TASK 3 – DELUXE ASSESSMENT This in-depth assessment is for Western Water’s customers billed in Tier 4 in the last 90 days. In addition to the services included in the Baseline and Enhanced Assessments, customers will receive: • Moderate repairs and/or an irrigation system tune-up • Vendor to provide itemized rate sheet for repairs categorized as “moderate” and rates associated with irrigation tune-ups
