1. Timely and consistent delivery of bottled water, water provisions, and any accessories to the designated locations; 2. Ensure that deliveries must be made on schedule, within regular business hours (i.e. Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.), and handled with care to ensure all products arrive intact and properly labeled; 3. Follow all safety protocols during delivery, including safe lifting techniques and the use of proper equipment; 4. Ensure that delivery personnel are trained in safe handling procedures and conduct themselves professionally while on City property; 5. Prevent any injury, property damage, or disruption during service; 6. Must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. 7. Provide clear and transparent billing practices, with itemized invoices for each delivery; 8. Ensure that all invoices are submitted promptly according to the agreed-upon payment terms
