Participate in a kickoff meeting with the City and Carollo Engineers to discuss the peer review’s goals and objectives, approach, and timeline, and to request any background, additional data, or other necessary information. Review the draft Wastewater Master Plan documents including the following volumes: o Executive Summary o Basis of Planning o Wastewater Characterization & Process Modeling o Existing Facilities Condition Assessment o Wastewater Collection System o Liquid and Solids Treatment Approach to Addressing General Order o Water Reuse & Liquid Disposal o Biosolids Handling & Disposal o Energy Management o Air Quality & Emissions o CIP Program and Implementation o Financial Plan and User Rates and Fees Evaluate its effectiveness in achieving the City’s goals and objectives and in developing the long-term vision and actions necessary to manage Santa Maria’s wastewater treatment in an effective manner.
