. Detailed Description of Work to be Performed and Duties of all Parties A. Contractor shall provide 24 hours per day, seven (7) days a week, year-round sewer and irrigation systems monitoring service, inspections and sampling. B. Contractor shall respond to all Service Requests attributed to irrigation system phone alarms within one (1) hour after being contacted by Caltrans Contract Manager. C. Contractor shall monitor and maintain the following items on a monthly basis: 1) Comfort Station Septic Tanks 2) Recirculation Tank 3) Re-circulating Sand Filter 4) Subsurface Flow Anoxic Treatment Wetlands 5) Effluent Storage Tank 6) Effluent Drip Irrigation System 7) Urine Holding Tanks 8) Recreational Vehicle (RV) Station Septic Tanks 9) Leach Field (overflow area for effluent tank) 10) RV Evaporation Pond
