The City of Redlands is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of Secondary Clarifier No. 1 at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 1950 Nevada Street. The 80-foot diameter concrete basin is currently out of service, drained, and cleaned, with mechanical components in place. Work includes replacement or certified rebuild of the existing Ovivo clarifier drive unit; rehabilitation or in-kind replacement of the skimmer system, sludge collection mechanisms, and related piping; and surface preparation and coating per SSPC-SP10 and applicable safety and air quality regulations. The selected contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, blasting/painting, installation, testing, and documentation, including coordination with the manufacturer for startup and staff training.
