The Port of San Francisco is seeking Professional Engineering and related services to assist the Port in advancing and managing the multi-billion-dollar Waterfront Resilience Program including: • Program Management services • Environmental review & regulatory permitting for the overall Program and individual Projects • USACE related services to support completion of SF Waterfront Flood Study and manage advancement of preconstruction engineering and design. • Planning, design & engineering technical services to develop program standards and procedures, provide technical advisement, complete planning studies, complete project pre-design, and complete design reviews for projects advancing to design and construction by others. • Communications services for the Program • Finance and legislative support services for the Program • Workforce development and small business support services • Real estate & development support services • Maritime facility planning and business-related services
