Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Nevada Department of Education (NDE) administers writing assessments in grades 5, 8, and in high school primarily to students attending Nevada public schools. Each of the writing assessments is used in conjunction with other assessments and academic indicators to determine school and district adequate yearly progress (AYP). Although the writing assessments are part of a comprehensive state assessment program, NDE is only seeking assistance for its writing assessments through this RFP. The NDE will share with the vendor relevant data sets and files produced by Scantools Application 730 12/05/06. 3.1 Vendor shall demonstrate the ability to provide the following: 3.1.1 The process used to share and interact with data between itself and the NDE; 3.1.2 The process used to store and maintain data in a secure environment; 3.1.3 The protocol used to match these data files;
