Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Ensure safety is always observed. •Install twelve (12) new additional window blinds made of Mylar film behind existing shades. Both old and new blinds will exist on these windows. Window measurements are noted on the Attachment A - Pricing Sheet. This may require Contractor to work around the old blinds or temporarily remove and reinstall so new blinds can be installed. •Reuse existing Mecho Shade sunscreen spindle mechanism; new window film shall be Mylar transparent 0600 Series, color 0606 (smoke) tinted shade or equivalent. Equivalency is to be determined by the DGS Property Manager. Contractor shall submit shop drawing for review and approval before any purchase and/ or installation of window film. New metal fascia to be custom painted to match existing window mullions. Any damages to walls, ceilings, floorings, etc. shall be the contractor’s responsibility. •Mylar shading film shall have horizontal seams matching existing horizontal window mullions height. •All window film installation to be completed Monday thru Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The County of San Diego shall provide guard security services during working hours to selected contractor. •Deviation from schedule requires written pre-approval from the Sheriff's Project Manager, Leonard Gonzales. Contractor shall comply with regulations and policies pertaining to the COC Campus.
