The WORK includes demolishing the existing concrete masonry unite (CMU) building, concrete curb and ramp, fencing, electrical and natural gas lines, abandonment of two (2) 48” gravity-fed discharge pipes, and removal of three (3) existing pumps, six (6) access grates, two (2) natural gas engines, timber divider wall, and two (2) 48” heavy-duty flap gates along with all pertinent accessories. Improvement includes installation of new chain-link fencing with sliding gate, three (3) electric driven pumps, two (2) access hatches and two (2) access grates, cast-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining of 24” and 36” steel discharge pipes, epoxy coating wet well interior, electrical service improvements, motor control center (MCC), transformer, valves, lighting, water service modifications, surface pavement and striping, earthwork and pressure transducer. Work also includes clearing and grubbing of existing vegetation and landscape, regrade and paving of the site, and repair of outfall structure.
