Weingart Senior Center Renovation: The work is comprised of a comprehensive renovation to enhance both exterior and interior. Exterior renovations include, but are not limited to, the replacement of HVAC rooftop units, roof refinishing, skylight infill, parking lot accessibility upgrades, and updated exterior building signage. Interior renovations include, but are not limited to, improving accessibility across all spaces, reconfiguring interior layouts to better support senior programs, and modernizing with refreshed finishes, fixtures, equipment, and furniture throughout. Removal of indoor planter and existing decorative wood trusses to open the interior, with the reclaimed wood being repurposed into planter boxes for the facility’s community garden, and other miscellaneous improvements as shown on the Plans, described in the Specifications, and as required to complete the work.
