Specifications include, but are not limited to: The SFERS is seeking the services of an experienced usability expert and websitedesigner/developer to:Conduct a website usability assessment; and/or―Enhance website design according to recommendations from usability assessment, and―incorporating new SFERS brand and additional functionality to support interactive on-line surveys, forms and applications; on-line registration for retirement seminars; live"real time" chat with Retirement Analysts to address routine inquiries (no data archivingrequired); and multimedia services; and/orDevelop, implement and host a members-only web portal accessible by SFERS' active―and retired members including a retirement benefits calculator; and/orDevelop, implement and host an on-line appointment scheduler
