Specifications include, but are not limited to: Description: LA County Department of Public Health’s Substance Abuse Prevention and Control (SAPC) program is seeking a 1 year web-based project management software for 150 user licenses. SAPC will renew on an annual basis via the Online Requisition system. Functional Requirements: • Web-based application with additional mobile applications for Apple and Android • Integrations with Microsoft products including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive: o Create tasks from Outlook o Create tasks and receive notifications via Teams; link tasks to Teams messages o Attach/link documents such as Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and PDFs from OneDrive and SharePoint to tasks • Must maintain the confidentiality of all records and information in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, directives, guidelines, policies and procedures relating to confidentiality, including, without limitation, County policies concerning information technology security and the protection of confidential records and information that comply with both the Title 42 of the Code of Federal Regulations and the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act of 1996. • Ability to utilize Microsoft Single Sign-On • Must have the following features (including but not limited to): o Ability to create a minimum of 5 guest accounts for each user license and designed varying accessibility controls/permissions or customization o Ability to control varying functionality and accessibility to accounts to control information and process integrity o Ability to create tasks and assign to the task multiple assignees, start and end dates, start and due times, priorities, as well as be able to add custom fields and define the field values
