The channel (high pressure steam side) and all connections will be made of pressure vessel quality carbon steel; the shell (domestic water side) and all connections will be made of type 316/L stainless steel. The tube sheets will be made of pressure vessel quality carbon steel (steam side) and type 316/L stainless steel (domestic water side) with a threaded leak indication port/isolation gap and a full bolt circle to maintain the shell side gasket while servicing the channel. The inner tube will be made of single wall titanium tubing; the outer tube will be made of single wall titanium tubing. The tubes will be arranged on a square pitch for ease of cleaning and scale removal. The exterior carbon steel parts will be enameled for shipment. No interior coating will be provided. The mounting legs will be designed in accordance with seismic standards.
