The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of the Transportation Land Management Agency is seeking a CONTRACTOR to assist with development of a Wastewater Treatment Plant Feasibility Analysis and Siting Study for the unincorporated area of Cabazon (Study). The final Study shall include requisite analyses of potential wastewater collection and treatment service provision configurations, comprehensive analysis of opportunities and constraints, potential site and infrastructure costs, and a final list of recommended potential Wastewater Treatment Plant sites, with alternatives and costs. The CONTRACTOR shall also provide Study project management services, assistance with integrating the Study within a regional infrastructure plan, and public hearing support, and community outreach as requested. The CONTRACTOR shall work with the COUNTY staff to complete this Project by June 1, 2026.
