The Contractor shall provide the following services: A. Semi-Annual service for residential and commercial clothes washers shall include the following: 1. Check fluid levels (i.e. oil or grease). Add or lubricate when necessary. 2. Check for fluid leaks. 3. Check belts for proper tension and excessive wear. 4. Inspect all rotating parts for wear or excessive noise (i.e. motor and basket bearings). 5. Inspect for loose, missing or damaged nuts, bolts and screws. 6. Record and report all discrepancies to Contract Manager with plan of action for repairs. 7. Test run units under full load and inspect for the following: a. Washer, air or fluid leaks; water and drain valve operation; proper water levels; motor and drive assembly operation; inspect smooth, quiet operation of all bearings and rotating parts; test all safety devices (i.e. door lock assembly) and inspect foundations for solid and tight anchors. 8.
