Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Consumer Affairs is looking for approximately 7,387 nusf of office space in the City of South El Monte plus 20 parking spaces for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and 7 additional parking spaces to Code. Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements.
