The Department of Resources, Recycling and Recovery(state agency) is looking for approximately 3,048 nusf of office(type of space) space in the City of San Diego plus parking spaces to Code. (add special conditions or requirements) Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements.
