The Department of Food and Agriculture(state agency) is looking for approximately 4,927 nusf of warehouse and office(type of space) space in the City of San Bernadino plus Twenty-two (22), nine (9) of which are electric vehicles, parking spaces to Code. (add special conditions or requirements) Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate LEED or Energy Star compliance.
