The CA Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation is looking for approximately 3,830 nusf of parole office space in the City of Eureka plus Ten (10) parking spaces to Code. Location must be at least ¼ mile from schools K-8th grade, parks and bus stops used exclusively for school children. Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements.
