1. Contractor to remove two (2) old walk in refrigerator doors and panels and replace with same. Contractor shall replace all defective parts, assemblies and related parts as required for the two (2) refrigerators to operate effectively. 2. Walk in Refrigerators are Kool Star, Serial Number 8081-WP-C, Model N/A, Quantity two (2). Walk in Refrigerator door dimensions are Height 78” and Width 38”. Dimensions for both Refrigerator doors are the same. 3. All replacement parts shall be new, unused and free of defects. 4. Contractor shall purchase and provide two (2) stainless-steel door panels with doors. Each door shall have a door seal, door sweep, thermometer, two (2) light switches and a heavy vent port. 5. Each door shall be flush mount design, stainless with 3-foot high diamond kick plate on the interior and exterior of the walk-in refrigerator door. 6. Each door shall be self-closing and have a heavy-duty door closer that shall close the doors easily and without assistance.
