Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor to prepare existing flooring and remove all existing cove base to accommodate the installation of approximately 8,700 sq. ft. of VCT flooring per manufacturer’s specifications. 2. Contractor to provide all supplies and materials needed to complete the installation of approximately 8,700 sq. ft. of VCT flooring up to cabinets and walls and approximately 1,500 linear feet of cove base, including the following: • Armstrong Vinyl Composite Tile Blue Dreams: 57508, or equivalent • VCT Adhesive recommended by manufacturer • Approximately 1,500 linear feet of Johnsonite/Tarkett 4” Black Cove Base, or equivalent • Cove base adhesive recommended by manufacturer 3. Contractor to supply 8,700 sq. ft. of carpet which allows for approximately 500 sq. ft. of carpet stock to be left with CSC. 4. Contractor shall obtain CSC Contract Manager Approval for any equivalent materials specified above. 5. Contractor to install new cove base per manufacturer’s instructions.
