The Park District is seeking a partner to assist with the following: • Survey Instrument Design: Develop a statistically valid, culturally inclusive, and demographically representative survey instrument that reflects the Park District’s strategic goals. The survey will measure voter support for various funding and tax rate scenarios, test messaging and language that resonate with key audiences, assess awareness of the Park District’s services and needs, and evaluate voter priorities such as maintenance, access, climate resilience, and equity-focused programs. • Data Review and Contextual Analysis: Conduct a thorough review of recent local tax measures and the Park District’s internal interview reports to inform survey design and methodology. This review will identify lessons learned and help tailor the survey to regional nuances and past voter experiences.
