Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Fresno on behalf of the Department of Behavioral Health, is seeking qualified organizations to provide vocational and educational services as well as individual placement services for individuals with psychiatric disabilities living in Fresno County and receiving specialty mental health services from DBH or other county contracted mental health providers. The program will be a collaborative partnership with the State Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) and the Department of Behavioral Health to provide recovery, vocational and educational services and to promote wellness through supported employment and education in a welcoming, accessible, recovery oriented system where people with serious mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders can achieve hope, healing and a meaningful life within their community.
