Specifications include, but are not limited to: Successful Proposer will provide vocational/educational training, employment and support services to youth designated under ERP probationers as indicated by the assessment and/or as needed. Services provided must assist youths toward gaining the necessary skills and services that will enhance their opportunities to secure employment, including, but not limited to: a. Provide training to assist youth in obtaining a General Education Diploma (GED), high school diploma and/or college enrollment; b. Provide skills development training to increase financial literacy skills, resume development, job search skills, interviewing skills, and the skills to keep a job; c. Computer basics training including how computers are utilized in various jobs; etc.
