The Project includes installation and subsequent work of a District purchased, modular classroom building at Vista Magnet Middle School. 1. Site Preparation - Assessment: Identify utility locations and any necessary relocation. - Provide Site Safety Plan as required per DSA 2. Asphalt Repaving - Site Grading: Grade the area for proper drainage and to support the new structures. - Asphalt Removal and Replacement - Remove existing asphalt per plans, and attached addendum No 1 A. - Prepare and compact sub-base according to specifications section 321216. - Install new asphalt pavement, ensuring proper thickness and grading, ensuring the requested slopes are met and new asphalt paving is flush with existing - Signage: Add necessary signage as requested per plans and no parking-fire striping as requested per plans - Provide and install Fire department approved Knox box and Padlocks per plans 3. Portable Classroom Installation - Paint classroom number per plans
