The selected proposer will develop a comprehensive virtual concierge tailored to Pinole's community needs, focused on supporting all-electric building transitions as indicated below in Tasks 1-15. This includes gathering, compiling, and configuring information on building types, electrification measures, equipment, vendors, contractors, rebates, permitting, and financing into a user-friendly platform. The final scope of services will be negotiated and defined in the Consulting Services Agreement (Attachment A) entered into between the City and successful proposer. The following tasks outline the required services: Task 1: Electrification Measures by Building Type Research and compile a list of electrification measures for each building type, including single-family residential, multi-family residential, commercial, and mixed-use. Measures should include electrical panel upgrades, solar panels, battery storage, heat pump technologies, and other relevant options. Task 2: Market-Available Electrification Equipment Compile a robust list of market-available electrification equipment with satisfactory or higher reviews and performance ratings, based on findings from Task 1. Task 3: Trusted Vendors Identify and compile a list of reputable vendors offering fair pricing for the equipment in Task 2, with an emphasis on small and local businesses. Task 4: Project cost estimates Research and compile fair, average costs for electrification measures by building type, based on specialized knowledge and historical cost data. Task 5: Rebates and Incentives Research and compile local, state, and federal rebates and incentives for all income levels related to electrification measures.
