Specifications include, but are not limited to: Wall mounts: 1) Measure intended wall and mark exact height display will be mounted. Search for studs in wall if the surface is drywall and mark accordingly. 2) Mount tilt mount according to measurements on the back of display mount to drywall: Hit 2 studs spread out over the width of wall mount, 4 lag bolts will be used here. Then, spread out across mount use drywall butterfly bolts, 6 bolts will be used here. 3) Add bracket arms to the back of the display and secure. 4) Once mount is secure on wall mount, display with bracket arms to the wall bracket. 5) Adjust and level, screw in security screws under display and tighten so display will not lift up. 6) Run a piece of wire mold down to outlet and add power cord. Rolling cart mounts: 1) Assemble display. 2) Assemble rolling cart. 3) Mount display on rolling cart. Both Wall mounts and Rolling cart mounts: 7) Turn on display and adjust settings according to the CDCR provided encrypted flash drive and/or provided instructions. CDCR will provide a USB data drive with custom lockdown configuration settings for the ViewSonic device. The Installer will need to run the updated configuration changes from the provided USB data drive and verify the default password has been changed. 8) If a web camera is purchased, mount this to top of display or mount to wall above display depending on camera. 9) Depending on customer PC, connect an HDMI cable to display HDMI 1 from either an available CDCR laptop or desktop PC. Laptop or desktop for testing is CDCR provided. 10) Test system and confirm setup configurations. 11) If initial hardware delivery is defective or needs service, the Contractor will work with the State to ship back the hardware and send a replacement, at no additional charge.
