The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and contractors who specialize in audio visual system integration, server upgrades/enhancements, system add-ons, and will provide on-going maintenance and repair services for its existing/enhanced public safety video surveillance system. Qualified contractors must possess the technical expertise and ability to support the integration of additional cameras into the system without altering the base architecture or video management platform. Services will be provided at the discretion of the City. The purpose for this Request for Proposal is to identify a suitable vendor to provide system upgrade and maintenance and repair services for the City’s Public Safety Video Surveillance System, and potential installation services on an as-needed basis. Contractor will be responsible for working closely with the Police Department’s Project Team and other City Stakeholders, in order to maintain the system’s efficiency and operational currency within the industry. The term “Vendor”, “Proposer”, and “Contractor” shall refer to any legal entity or entities submitting a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP).
