Specifications include, but are not limited to: developing, producing and delivering various video spots for the County Vision Project and the State of the County. This includes but is not limited to scripting, graphic design, creative direction, video editing, technical development, filming equipment rental and other miscellaneous services as requested. • Videos will cover all five supervisorial districts • Assistance with script writing will be provided • Production will include on location film shooting • Video editing will be performed • Post-production studio activities will be performed • Any additional requirements in producing the video • If necessary, proposer will utilize footage from other clients that is available to the County with permission • Video will be produced in a digital environment for image acquisition in both standard and high definition along with state-of-the-art broadcast quality and digital post-production • All video produced will be made available online throughout the production and post-production process as requested by the County • Each task will be itemized in the total project cost submitted with the proposal response o (ie. Script writing, production, video editing, post production, etc.) • Tasks will be billed on an hourly basis and invoices will be submitted on a monthly basis
