Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Ventura (referred to as "County") invites your organization to submit a written proposal for providing a solution that encompass the management of adult and juvenile probation, as well as the management and monitoring of juvenile custody within Ventura County's Juvenile Institution. Proposals shall be due no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 5, 2024 for the furnishings of a case management system and juvenile tracking system in accordance with the attached Terms and Conditions, Instructions to Offerors which by this reference are made a part hereof. The County seeks to procure a single commercially available solution that will supplant both the existing Case Management System (hereinafter referred to as "PRISM") and Juvenile Tracking System (JTS). Nonetheless, the County remains open to proposals from offerors providing separate systems for Case Management and Juvenile Institution Tracking functions. The County is not interested in beta systems or in purchasing professional services to design and develop a custom-built solution. The proposed solution must consist of: • A Software as a Service (SaaS) application that is CJIS compliant. • Professional services to aid in implementation, data migration, and integration with the Ventura County Integrated Justice Information System (VCIJIS 2.0). • Professional services for training, application support, and maintenance of the proposed solution. Offerors shall be skilled and regularly engaged in the general class or type of work called for in the solicitation documents. County reserves the right to make an award to multiple vendors in order to reasonably meet the deadlines of the VCIJIS project.
