Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide and place energy efficient Vending Machine Equipment in County Facilities, some which may be in public areas, some which may be in employee only areas. o Vending Equipment must provide snacks and cold beverages. o Vending Equipment must have healthy choice options. o Vending Equipment must accept cash and credit card transactions. o Vending Equipment must be maintained in working condition. o Vending Equipment must be stocked on a regular schedule. o Maintain title to Vending Equipment. o Maintain title to snacks and drinks until sales transaction. • Provide monthly commission checks to one or multiple departments. • Provide monthly sales and usage reports showing total sales in both volume and revenue, commission rate, and total commission paid - broken out by machine and location. • Provide access to County to review all charges, pricing, and sales data. • Allow County to recommend and suggest types of snacks and drinks. • Allow County to recommend and suggest specific brand name snacks and drinks. • Provide a method for facilitating refunds. • Set Vending Equipment in place, at request of County, at no charge to County. • Remove Vending Equipment, at request of County, at no charge to County. • Move Vending Equipment between County locations at request of County. • Provide fixed pricing for the first year of the contract. • Ensure any requests for price increases are provide to the County at least 10 working days prior to requested date of increase. • Provide call-out maintenance service requests within 24 hours, during normal working hours. • Provide call-out requests to replenish snacks and drinks with 48 hours, during normal work hours.
